Snappy Do It brings six useful tools into one app: Checklist, Planner, Notes, Budget, Study and Prompts. Inside the app you’ll see it called Snappy Do.

Please avoid sending private notes, recordings or financial details unless they’re needed to explain the problem.
Suggested tasks need your approval before you can tick them off. Approving a task enables its tick box.
Use selected in lets you choose one or several destination tools, or All. The destination receives the content for you to review. It doesn’t automatically create a completed task.
Save your source as a note and reuse it in another tool. Opening a note doesn’t mark it reviewed, and editing a reviewed note reopens its review.
Deleted items appear in that tool’s Trash, where you can restore them.
Create a named budget and choose its currency. Each budget has its own target and confirmed expenses.
Once a budget contains expenses, including recoverable expenses in Trash, its currency is fixed. Create another budget to use another currency. Currency conversion isn’t included, and there’s no bank sync.
Allow camera or photo access to snap or choose an image. Text is recognised on your device.
If no text is found, try a clearer photo in good light, or type or paste your text instead. Always check captured dates, names and amounts before using them.
Allow microphone access to record. Please make sure everyone being recorded agrees to it.
On iOS, transcription needs speech permission and support for your device and language. Transcription of saved recordings isn’t available on Android. Your recording is still saved, and you can type or paste a transcript.
Reminders need notification permission. On Android, reminders may arrive later when the device limits background activity.
To see calendar events in Planner, allow calendar access. Events are shown read only and stay in your calendar.
AI features and AI subscriptions show as Coming soon in the app. The local tools work without an AI account or subscription.
The Prompts tool copies a request you can paste into an AI tool of your choice. The app doesn’t send it for you.
Snappy Do It isn’t publicly available yet. When it launches, purchases and refunds are managed through the store you downloaded it from, either Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
The planned UK launch price is £7.99, as a one time purchase.
